• Purchase at least one-third of an eligible business.
• Be involved in the day to day operations and running of the business.
• Creation of at least one permanent job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Have a personal net worth of at least CDN $400,000.
• Make an investment of at least CDN $200,000 into a business situated outside of the Vancouver and Abbotsford Metropolitan areas.
• Possess the required skills, experience and qualifications for the establishment and running of the business.
• Sign a Deposit Agreement with the Province of BC if seeking a fast track nomination option
• Prove sufficient unencumbered personal funds to make the required investment a viable business proposal
