The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is designed to support Saskatchewan's economic growth by attracting labour-market-destined immigrants, entrepreneurs, family of Saskatchewan permanent residents and owner operator farmers to the province.

Categories within the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

There are various categories that prospective immigrants may apply under to secure and Saskatchewan provincial nomination certificate:

Skilled Workers
For immigration applicants under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) who have a full time and permanent job offer from a Saskatchewan Employer. The skilled workers category is divided into three subcategories:

Skilled Workers/Professionals
Critical Occupations
Existing Work Permit.

Family Members

Student
Landed immigrant status for students can be applied for when they have graduated from a Saskatchewan post-secondary educational institution and worked for at least six months for a Saskatchewan employer (via a Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) post-graduation work permit) in a field related to their studies.
